If your invoice text is too small or too large on printed PDFs, you can adjust the font size directly from any transaction's Print Preview.
Steps
-
Open any invoice (or quote, cash sale, or sales order).
-
Tap the Edit icon (pencil) in the action bar, then tap Print Preview.
-
Tap Customize in the preview screen — this opens the template editor.
-
Tap the Page & Style section to expand it. Under Font Size, tap the dropdown and select the size you want (e.g., 8pt, 10pt, 12pt).
-
Tap the Preview icon (eye) in the action bar to see the change applied immediately.
-
Tap the Save icon (disk) to keep the new font size.
Good to Know
- The Page & Style screen also lets you change the page size (A4, Letter, Legal), orientation (Portrait/Landscape), page margins, and theme color — all from the same place.
- Font size changes apply to all transaction types that use this template. If you need different sizes for invoices vs. quotes, create a copy of the template and assign each to a different transaction type.
- To assign a template to a specific transaction type, go to Lists > Print Templates, long-press the template, and tap Make default.
