MobileBiz Pro doesn't yet offer automatic real-time sync between multiple devices, but full multi-device sync is on the roadmap for Plus subscribers. In the meantime, there's a reliable manual workaround using backups.
Current Workaround: Backup and Restore via Dropbox
The cleanest way to share data between two devices today is to back up on one phone and restore on the other. This works well if you have a primary device and occasionally need to move your data to a second phone or tablet.
How it works
- On your primary device, create a Dropbox backup: go to Manage Data > Backup & Restore > Dropbox and tap the backup button.
- On your second device, go to the same screen and restore from the backup file you just created.
This copies all your invoices, customers, items, and settings to the second device.
Important: This is a one-way copy, not a live sync. Changes made on the second device won't automatically appear on the first. To keep both devices current, you need to back up and restore whenever you want to update.

What's Coming for Plus Subscribers
Full multi-device sync — where changes on one phone automatically appear on another — is planned as a Plus feature. We'll update this article when it's available.
